1 - Reconnect to MQTT broker after every dosage because delay used in dosage functions breaks the MQTT connection.

RTC done Glad to hear! One uln2083APG chip is also damaged. It's strange because the IC is not connected to 5 or 12 V. But you can just buy and replace there's no firmware. It's a transistor array. The connection should be:

+ to 5V
- to GND
D (SDA) to 20
C (SCL) to 21

The voltage should be around 1.5 V with ULN connected.

Disconnect the ULN and measure the voltage. It should be 5V.

Maybe the input voltage on PCF is less than 5V.

You had some problem with your relay board as relay not being activated just the LED light up slightly?
