If connected directly to an Arduino it doesn't works so the problem should be with your Arduino. You can try with another I2C module to make sure that this modules are not damaged. Also can try with another Arduino Mega.

Hi! As I told this TFT is not in my part list and is not compatible with my code. There's no support for this hardware here. Also you can buy a TFT 5" or 7" with resolution 800 x 480 and controller SSD1963 but you should edit the code by yourself. Best regards.
