Hi! All pins for LED's are free on Arduino. Connect the ethernet shield over the screw shield so, you can use the terminal blocks to connect the wires. The order to connect the parts is: Arduino > Screw shield > Ethernet shield > TFT shield > TFT. Best regards.

Hi! Check here what pins you will use. Only Arduino pins should be enough. You can change the pins to some devices like multiplexer and Serial3 (pins 14, 15, 16 and 17) then use to others functions. The circuit for moonlight is equal to daylight. Best regards.
