Hi!

Glad to hear!

Using carrier board the BNC and expander are useless.

If you will use an EC module the isolator will be needed for it.

For pH and ORP only this module should be enough for both.

Best regards.

Hi!

I did some changes on circuit. It should be better.

Hi!

Just a quick question. I want to add a simple led light, like in alarm, to SSR functions like chiller, heater, etc. How can i do that?

Best Regards.

Hi!

Connect the digital pin to an ULN in parallel with SSR.

Image

The resistor can be 1K.

To be more specific. I want, when chiller is on, want a led turns on, when chiller is off, the led turns off. The same i want with heater and so on....
So, if i understand well, i connect led1 to pin 43 for chiller, and only to ground?

I also have a problem with the ssr. I'm trying to test chiller function. When the chiller function turns on the fan i connected doesn't turn on. when i disconnect the + cable and connect it again it turns on. When the chiller function turns off the fan doesn't turn off. When i disconnect the + cable and connect it again it turns off. What is going on?

Try understand the schematic above before ask, I didn't told to connect any LED directly to digital pin.

1 - Test the circuit first with a blink;

2 - Show me the circuit;

3 - Which type of fan are you using?.

I didn't say that. I asked if i have to connect e.g. ULN2003AN I1 to chiller pin and ULN2003AN GND 8 only to gnd cause Arduino's D1-D7 and D8-D16 are used for other purposes.

Check your question again.

Obviously you can't use D1 to D7, it's only an example I got from Google.

You should try understand the logic of this circuit, I can't give all done for you.

Moreover you are wasting money using a SSR to control this fan. It can be like this:

Using 330 Ohms the LED should work with 3 V and 27.3 mA.

I' m planning to use 8 fans for cooling. In that case i think i will need at least 3 ULN and already have the SSR for the heater. So i thought is simpler to connect the fans to SSR.

In the first image you can see F1, F2.... F7. It mean a fan to each pin, total 7 fans per ULN.

Yes i know that, but when i tried to connect led fans i saw that one ULN can't hold 4 fans, so i had to split them in two ULNs.

Hi!

You did something wrong.

According to datasheet the total current on pin 8 can be 2.5A more than your SSR (2A).

So you can use 2500 / 7 = 357 mA per pin.

Are you using 5 V from Arduino to supply this relay board?

I think this SSR can't work with DC since it has a resistive fuse. Try with AC load.

Description:
5V Omron solid state relays 240V 2A, output with resistive fuse 240V 2A

Best regards.

Hi!

Yes the SSR can't work with DC. I connected to 220V AC and worked.

A quick question: I don't have a PCF8575. Where can i connect solenoide1Pin and sump lights?

Best Regards.

Hi!

Use free pins in your system as pin 7.

I have explained it many times here search a bit.

Hi!

I have a question regarding sensor3. I connected it to A2 arduino pin. When the chiller is on the ATO function stop working. When chiller is off the ATO function works just right. Is it normal? If yes, how can i bypass it?

Best Regards.

Little answer, that's normal, because it interacts with the chiller.

best regards

Hi!

It's a feature to prevent fill the tank with freshwater when there a leak on chiller.

In "parametros" tab remove this condition:

&& (bitRead(status_parametros, 0) == false)

From:

if ((myAnalogRead(sensor3) > 400) && (myAnalogRead(sensor2) > 400) && (bitRead(tpa_status, 1) == false) && (bitRead(status_parametros, 0) == false) && (bitRead(tpa_status, 2) == false))

Best regards.
