TFT not work [SOLVED]

I installed Arduino With webcontrol and charge me perfectly but the LCD screen goes blank, I changed to uTouch myTouch (6,5,4,3,2); and then to uTouch myTouch (7, 6, 5, 4, 3); and the image still does not appear lcd also clear the line #define USE_TFT and IDE does not work and I have loaded with 1.6.7 and nothing
any idea how to make it work?
I had installed the IDE 1.0.5r2 and worked perfectly.
With Ferduino installing contro web beta, the LCD is blank aqueda

Only comment this line if you haven't a PCF8575:

Don't change this line:

ok thanks fernando has been fixed
now comes the cd but I get message insert sd card have bridged r4 p53 but still leaving the message insert sd card,
the sd card is the one behind the LCD or otherwise need to add another reader sd to arduino? I'm trying to follow in the footsteps of Re: Ethernet W5100 and do not get it
my W5100 is this
