Hello Fernando

First congratulations on your project. I wish much success to you. The world needs more people like you. You are very kind to everyone here.

I don't understand electronics, but I want to do a lighting project for my aquarium using Ferduino. I'm self-taught and believe I can learn.

Could you list all items I need to create my project?

My tank has 160 liters.
Do you think with 1 or 2 LEDs 100W 5 channels is enough?

I'll buy the LEDs on AliExpress, if you can list the other components besides the Ferduino, I would appreciate it.

Thank you

My suggestion is 360 W/m², as you didn't told me the dimensions of your tank so, I can't talk if 100 or 200 W is enough.

For multi chip you need of 1 LDD driver to each channel and 1 power supply of 36 V running at 39V.

The tank size is 80 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm

I need to buy

- LEDs 100W with 5 channels
- Lens for LEDs 100w
- 5 LDD driver each LED
- 1 power supply of 36 V running at 39V
- Fan for the LED
- Connectors for LED

Sorry, but what LDD model should I buy?

Thank you

You need of 1 heatsink and cooler PWM like this.

You need ask the LED's datasheet to the seller.

The Aliexpress say:

Forward Voltage: 30-36V
Forward Current: 300mA/600mA

So you can use a LDD-600H.
