Hi!

There's no doubt that Ferduino Project is one of the best aquarium controler projects. I have some suggestions that maybe help to improve the Project.

1. Can Web control synchronize arduino's time and date automaticaly, maybe from a Web service like https://time.is, so in case of rtc failure (i noticed that my rtc clock looses time and date when the power is down for a couple of hours) or power down, arduino can get the exact time and date?

2. Can Lights simulate the time (like sunset and sunrise) and climate contitions (like clouds and lightning) for a specific area (like great barrier reef)? The weather conditions can be obtained from a weather forecast service. I think it would be an impressive addition.

Best Regards.

Hi!

Thanks for your suggestion but this features are not in my plans.

If you are interested to sync your time automatically with a server you can try add something like this to your code.

https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/blob ... Client.ino

Best regards.
