Hi Fernando,

Already follow quite video on wi fi with ESP8266 but don't synchronize.
I AM use pins A8 and A7, and test code, all It Works untill connect ESP8266 with Arduino.
My ESP8266 is drive CH340, will this be the problem?
Already see others topic above this problem, but dont solve.

Do you have suggestion?

Rômulo

Hi!

It's working with test code and web interface?

Best regards.

I'm using the test code, but what do you mean by web interface?

To use test code is needed copy username and ApiKey from web interface.

Problem with sync normally is related to wiring and baud rate.

Actually the code is configured to work with 9600. You should set this value in uC Console in ESP-link interface.

Hi Fernando,

I changed the speed to 38400 on the virtual port and it worked! I had to do the same thing in the Ferduino code on the SEtUP tab in virtualport.begin.

Now another question still related to the ESP8266, I did all these tests while keeping the Arduino Mega and ESP8266 connected at the same time on the computer, when I tried to disconnect the ESP8266 from the USB port of the computer, communication between the WEB interface and Ferduino was lost , why that?

When I'm running Ferduino in my aquarium, obviously the USB port on the ESP8266 will be disconnected? or not?

How do I use the wi fi connection of the ESP8266 in Ferduino without having to use the micro USB port of this module?

Hi!

With speed at 38400 you will have data loss after a while. The library works better with 9600.

The ESP is powered with 5 V from Arduino as shown on schematic.
