Been trying to setup my Ferduino board with 7" screen using Willies code.
Everything works ok but have some probs with joy-reef, see the pic in red boxes.
No last time of reboot and the fan problem.
Anybody got any ideas or someone running the 7" screen on the Ferduino board want to post up their code so can have a look.
Thanks

Hi!

The Willie's version is outdated.

Missing other functions too.

Best regards.

A ok, what the chances you could port the code to 7" screen then.
Must be a few of us with 7" and 5" screens that are missing out on the new functions now.
I'm not to good at coding or I would do it.
Maybe should add to the guide for 7" mod that code is outdated, wouldn't have got the screen if I'd known.
Thanks

OK I look and try, but my last attempt at changing it resulted in high B.P. and smashed laptop.

Hi!

Thanks for your job.

Can you send the pull request to Willie's Github or create an account for you?

Graeme Pearson, thank you again for you work, I think I have my github updated now, I added the Fahrenheit temp scale back for us USA people to mine but I don't think Joy Reef will work with it just yet, but here's my version https://github.com/willie111

I've been messing with the home screen looks some and I don't have an extra W5100 Ethernet module for testing yet...

Fernando I have issues with my LED bar graphs again and can't find the issue, I'd really appreciate if you could look at my code and see if you can find my problems :D

I got all the bar graphs fixed now and all the rest that Graeme Pearson didn't get updated, it's all done now and my github is up to date, I still don't have the Ethernet module to test it out but I'm almost positive it will work fine :D

Fernando, I finally figured out how you made the code so much smaller, nice job man
